The User and their interests as being of utmost priority in the provision of products and services. For this reason and others, mPoS.vn commits to ensure that the privacy of the personal, banking and financial information as well as any other information in respect of or pertaining to the same ("Information") disclosed, shared, exchanged or otherwise provided to mPoS.vn through the use of mPoS.vn's mPoS App services is at all times respected, maintained, protected and safeguarded.

The User consents to mPoS.vn disclosing information relating to the User or any Transaction to any person to enable mPoS.vn to comply with any Law, any directive or request of the State Bank of Vietnam or any other competent authority, mPoS.vn's obligations pursuant to the Agreement.

Pursuant thereto and for the User's benefit, Privacy Policy (which may be amended from time to time by mPoS.vn) is promulgated to explain and contribute upon some of policies and principles pertaining to the privacy of Information of the User, all of which we have adopted as a sign of mPoS.vn commitment in respecting, maintaining, protecting and safeguarding the privacy of Information of the User.

This Privacy Policy shall apply to all persons performing Card Transaction through the use of mPoS.vn's mPoS Mobile Application installed in a Mobile Point of Sale device ("mPoS"). The use of the term "We" and mPoS.vn" shall mean any company within the mPoS.vn providing the mPoS.vn mPoS Mobile Application services.

The types of Information which mPoS.vn collect depending on the types of information mPoS.vn require the User to provide in the course of using the mPoS App services. Nevertheless, the Information is collected by mPoS.vn as usual including the data and information realating to individual such as name, e-mail address, mobile or fixed line telephone numbers (or other contact information), age, date of birth, gender, race, National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number, transaction information using the mPoS Application services. We may, at any point, request you to provide other related information in the course of using the mPoS Application services.

mPoS.vn will also collect and process information on the User's location where the transaction is carried out through the use of the mPoS App services using signals from the Global Positioning System (GPS) sent from the mPoS (which is an enabled location services device) or other technologies such as sensor data from the MPO, for example, provide information on nearby tele-communication towers and nearby Wi-Fi access points.

Please be aware that the name, e-mail address and mobile phone number (or other contact information), date of birth, gender, race, National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number and transaction information and any other information provided by the User in the course of using the mPoS App services to indentify personal information.

The Information which mPoS.vn gather from the User is intended to be used in the ordinary course of business of mPoS.vn including the provision of our services to you as requested. However, mPoS.vn may use the User's Information for the other purposes, among other persons, to enforce or defend any of rights of mPoS.vn but complying with all applicable legislation, laws and regulations, to enhance the quality of mPoS.vn's products and services, to prevent fraud or illegal activities, to prepare demographics concerning the use of the User's products and services as well as to offer additional products or services that mPoS.vn believe may be of benefit to the User, at our sole discretion, be made available to our third party vendors, advertisers, affiliates or relevant third parties in aggregate or demographic form.

mPoS.vn repeat mPoS.vn commitment to respect, maintain, protect and safeguard the privacy of Information of the User by ensuring that employees' access to the Information which the User have disclosed, shared, exchanged or otherwise provided to mPoS.vn is limited to authorised employees who are fully trained and well-equipped to handle this Information. Each of mPoS.vn said authorized employees are required to adhere to mPoS.vn commitment herein specifically our dedication to safeguarding the privacy of this Information at all times. Any failure of authorized employees herein to comply with the same and generally the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be liable compensation for any damages or losses.

It is mPoS.vn policy to ensure that adequate and stringent security controls, measures and protocols are employed to safeguard the privacy of Information of the User, all of which shall remain even though the contractual relationship between you and us has come to an end. In the process of ensuring that the privacy of all Information is kept secure, please note that it is an accepted fact that no data transmission conducted over the Internet and/or through other electronic channels can be guaranteed to be wholly secure. Further thereto, mPoS.vn shall neither be held responsible nor liable for any damages or losses which you may suffer, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the said Information being stolen, tampered with, copied, abused, misused or otherwise violated.

While the User are neither bound nor obligated to provide Information of the User, the User shall be entitled to choice not to do so (whether due to mPoS.vn disagreement with the methods employed by us to safeguard the privacy of Information of the User or otherwise) may result in the User not being able to use mPoS App services, neither of which shall render mPoS.vn responsible or liable for.

Please note that the accuracy of Information of the User provided to mPoS.vn is essential, to the User accessing and making full use of the mPoS App services. It is therefore essential that the User undertake to ensure the accuracy, completeness and currency of all Information disclosed, shared, or otherwise provided to mPoS.vn.
